Alex Chew officially entered the real estate industry in 2018, beginning his career in the residential property sector. With strong dedication, passion, and consistent performance, he quickly established himself as a capable and results-driven real estate professional.

In 2021, Alex successfully led a team of more than 70 members across 3 major property projects, achieving outstanding sales results. Together with his team, they recorded over 250 units sold within a single month. Within just two years, Alex achieved sales of more than 1,400 brand-new residential units, showcasing his exceptional leadership and sales capabilities.

In 2025, Alex joined GAP Estate, focusing on the industrial property sector, particularly brand-new factory developments.

By 2026, Alex was entrusted to lead two industrial factory projects valued at approximately RM4-5 million each, while managing a dedicated team of 20 members specializing in industrial factory sales. His mission is to deliver professional real estate solutions and create long-term value for business owners, investors, and industrial clients.
