With a strong background in technical project development, infrastructure planning, and financial advisory, Steven strategically transitioned into the industrial real estate industry with the vision of creating greater value for business owners, investors, and society.

His multidisciplinary expertise enables him to provide deeper insights into project feasibility, operational requirements, infrastructure suitability, and long-term investment potential — giving clients greater confidence in making industrial property decisions.

Driven by resilience, strong determination, and a results-oriented mindset, Steven successfully closed his first industrial transaction through a corporate land deal, marking a significant milestone in his real estate journey.
