Graduating from Taiwan in 2013 with a background in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Lucas Fong started his career in the tourism industry and quickly advanced into a managerial role within one of Malaysia’s leading inbound travel agencies serving Chinese tourists.

In 2020, during the lowest point of his life, Lucas encountered an unexpected opportunity that changed his future — entering the real estate industry. What began as a challenge eventually became a life-changing turning point.

Driven by resilience and determination, Lucas steadily built his career and leadership capabilities within the industry. In 2022, he successfully led his team to win the company’s Best Sales Team Award, marking a major milestone in his journey. The same year, he joined GAP Estate to further pursue his vision in real estate.

In 2023, Lucas boldly stepped out of his comfort zone by transitioning from residential real estate into the industrial factory sector. Believing that growth only comes through change, he embraced the challenge of mastering industrial properties and helping entrepreneurs find the right factory solutions for business growth and expansion.
